Description: Plaintiff was smoking a cigarette on the street outside and when walking back to the restaurant, Defendant Officers pulled up in a SUV with their guns drawn. The Defendant Officers pushed Plaintiff against the wall and handcuffed him before taking him to the 28th Precinct where he was strip searched.
