Description: Defendant officer Broadie is the father of Plaintiff's son. After Plaintiff and Officer Broadie exchanged emails regarding custody of their son, Officer Broadie went to the 79th Precinct and complained that Plaintiff threatened him, resulting in Plaintiff's arrest. Officer CHARLES provided plaintiff with a Domestic Incident Report (ìDIRî) and Plaintiff was released later that day.
