Description: On August 14, 2016 Plaintiff was present at Churh Av and 39th st when he was approached by Officers James Aiello, Carl Scogmanillo and other unnamed officers. They detained plaintiff, took his bike without permission and then issued traffic tickets and a criminal court summons summons that the complaint alleges were falsely made. All traffic tickets and criminal summons were dismissed and sealed.
