Complaint
Description: On January 18, 2012, plaintiff was lawfully present near Pelham Subway Station in Bronx, NY. Defendants Bronstein and Revans grabbed and arrested plaintiff without justification or probably cause. Defendants then assaulted, battered, falsely arrested and detained plaintiff. Plaintiff was transferred to Bronx Central Booking, where she remained for 3 days before she was released. On February 17, 2012, plaintiff was indicted and charged with numerous felonies. On October 2, 2012, NYPD officers arrived at plaintiff's home and rearrested plaintiff in front of her family, as a result of missing a court date because her counsel had a death in the family.
