Description: On June 23, 2022, plaintiff Adan Gil was a lawful passenger inside of a vehicle lawfully operating. Detective Locher and an unidentified police officer unlawfully stopped, questioned, searched, and falsely arrested plaintiff without probable cause. They falsely claimed that after a search of the vehicle, they found plastic twist containing a tan powdery substance believed to be heroin. Plaintiff was then grabbed and handcuffed. Finally, the criminal case against plaintiff was dismissed.
