Description: On or about September 11, 2017, plaintiff gave a stranger a cigarette and was walking towards the subway when he was stopped, handcuffed and arrested by Officers Richard Altamirano, Joseph Franco, Logan Payano, Anthony Assent and other officers for the possession and sale of narcotic substances. Plaintiff was taken to the precinct and strip searched, but no narcotics were found. On December 7, 2017, Plaintiff was arrested for violating his parole because of the police contact in September. Charges were dismissed on October 2, 2018, but he was held in custody until August 29, 2019 for the parole violation.

Description: On December 24, 2013 at approximately 12:10am, plaintiff was tackled by a uniformed NYPD officer, turned over, and punched in the mouth multiple times. Plaintiff believes that this officer was PO Anthony Giordano, Scott Lutz, Bryon Priester, or Williamsei Abdulmumin, who were all present at the scene. All defendant officers except Norberg and Miron were present. Plaintiff suffered a concussion and significant dental trauma (three teeth were knocked out or fractured and his lower teeth were loosened) resulting in a need for stitches and oral surgeries. Plaintiff was taken to Flushing Hospital then arrested for criminal mischief and later granted an ACD.
