Description: On or about 11/23/2013, at approximately 10:30 pm., Plaintiffs JAMES WOODARD and JAMES GALLAGHER were standing on the Hoyt–Schermerhorn G train subway platform when they were approached by Defendant P.O. HERBERT PLATERO who immediately asked for both plaintiffs identification. Both plaintiffs provided their IDs and were subsequently detained and placed in handcuffs by Defendant P.O. HERBERT PLATERO, who then escorted plaintiffs to a police station within the
