Description: On November 13, 2021 at around 8:20PM, Plaintiff was in Brooklyn when unidentified NYCPD including Defendant Officer’s Omer Latif and Vadim G. Kontorvich, approached Plaintiff and unlawfully searched Plaintiff and falsely arrested Plaintiff. Defendant Officer’s did not recover anything from Plaintiff following the search. Defendant Officers used excessive fore and applied handcuffs in an excessively tight manner. Plaintiff was transported to the police precinct. Description: On December 30, 2019, Plaintiff's car was forcibly stopped by Police Officers Joanna Selock, Omer Latif and other unknown officers. Plaintiff was then forcibly seized, grabbed and removed from the vehicle and handcuffed. The officers searched Plaintiff's car without a warrant, probable cause, or reasonable suspicion. Then, the officers took Plaintiff to the Precinct and Central Booking. He was released from custody after being held overnight, without any criminal charges filed against him.
