Description: On March 16, 2014, Plaintiff was lawfully standing in front of 65 W. 130th St, NY, NY, as a lawful licensed street vendor. Defendant stopped and frisked, assaulted, arrested, imprisoned and humiliated Plaintiff. Plaintiff was taken to the precinct and detained for several hours before being issued a desk appearance ticket. Plaintiff appeared at several court appearances.
