Description: On June 19, 2013, defendants Sgt. Lennihan, P.O. Ramayya, P.O. Paray, and other officers broke into plaintiff's apartment in Brooklyn without consent, an arrest warrant, a lawful search warrant, probable cause, or reasonable suspicion that plaintiffs (or any third person) had committed a crime. If there was a search warrant, it was issued on the basis of very unreliable information and its lack of reliability was not shared with the issuing magistrate. Plaintiff's arm was twisted behind her back and placed in excessively tight handcuffs after the officers entered her bedroom.
