Description: On July 24, 2022, defendant’s motor vehicle struck the motor bike being operated by the plaintiff, causing the plaintiff to be thrown off his vehicle and become injured. Defendants then falsely arrested the plaintiff, physically assaulted him, and illegally and forcibly detained him at the aforementioned time and place. Plaintiff was then taken to the 78th Precinct where he waw unlawfully detained until his release. Defendants then initiated a criminal complaint against the plaintiff without probable cause, which was later terminated in favor of the plaintiff.
