Description: On May 22, 2012, Plaintiff was lawfully on the streets when he was without probable cause or provocation, maliciously, intentionally, and falsely accused by Defendant NYPD officers including PO Brian Rascelles and PO Stanley Dominicci of committing the crime of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the Third Degree and other related charges. Plaintiff was handcuffed and arrested in an excessive manner and with excessive force by the police officers. Plaintiff was charged with criminal conduct, but the criminal action against Plaintiff was terminated favourably by dismissal on or about 25 July, 2012.
