Complaint
Description: Defendants approached the Plaintiff in plain clothing and asked if they could search the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff complied and asked why to which the Defendants did not provide an answer. Defendant Officer maced Plaintiff in the face while he was not engaging in any violent of threatening behavior. Defendant Officers handcuffed and arrested the Plaintiff. Plaintiff was taken to the local hospital and then to Kings County Central Booking. Defendant Officers proved false allegations that the Plaintiff refused to be searched, cursed at the Defendant Officers, and walked away. Later, all charges against Plaintiff were dismissed when he acceded to an adjournment in contemplation of dismissal.
