Description: On or about August 13, 2018, Mr. Joseph and his girlfriend at the time, Ms. Samantha Nieves, entered Lincoln Terrance Park where they saw the mother of Mr. Joseph's child, Ms. Estrada, and his son Bradley. Bradley indicated that he wanted to leave with Mr. Joseph, but Ms. Estrada did not want Bradley to leave. After unsuccessfully trying to grab Bradley away, Ms. Estrada proceeded to call 911, telling the police that "this man is trying to leave the park with her son." The police did not respond to the first 911 call.

Description: On September 1, 2014, Plaintiff was approached by NYPD Officers Medina and Perez while outside in Brooklyn, New York. The defendant officers told Plaintiff he was seen drinking; Plaintiff replied that he was with his young daughter and not drinking.
