Description: On May 25, 2017, at approximately 5AM at 21 Gloria Court, Staten Island, New York, Plaintiff Jeffrey Tesoro was arrested in his home on drug conspiracy charges relating to a conspiracy starting in December 15, 2015 in Kings County New York, although he never conspired to participate in a drug sale. In arresting Mr. Tesoro, Defendants Sergeant Conca Ignazio, Detective PE Cheregotis, and Officers John & Jane Doe 1-12 used excessive force upon him. The injury caused by the police required medical attention; as a result the assault, plaintiff suffiered injuries to his head, resulting in loss of consciousness; a re-aggravation to a pre-existing back injury, prompting a visit to the Spinal Surgeon and lacerations to ...
