Description: On June 9, 2020, Plaintiff was lawfully present in his hotel room, when the defendant police officers, including PO Nasser Suddah, unlawfully stopped, questioned, frisked, and falsely arrested Plaintiff without probable cause or legal justification. Plaintiff was then unlawfully handcuffed by Defendant Officers as he was trying to get dressed. Plaintiff was then searched by Defendant Officers, and no contraband was found. Defendants then tried to choke the plaintiff and tightened his metal handcuffs, causing contusions and deep lacerations on his wrists.
