Description: On May 29, 2020, Plaintiff Ana Rice was lawfully attending a peaceful protest when Defendant P.O. Clinton and P.O.s John Does #1-10 began to pepper spray the entire crowd. Defendants grabbed Plaintiff, pulled her into the street, and slammed her body against the pavement. Five police officers pinned plaintiff to the ground and zip cuffed her hands behind her back.
