Complaint
Description: On September 1, 2011, Plaintiff was at home when Defendant Officers Joseph Podolsky and Otero arrived to serve a bench warrant on Plaintiff’s brother. Those officers arrested Plaintiff instead of his brother. The officers took Plaintiff to Rikers where he was strip searched. The following day the warrant was vacated, but Plaintiff was held until September 6 when, upon being presented to the judge who signed the warrant, he was immediately released.
