Description: On April 25, 2019, Plaintiff was arrested by NYPD Detective John Paul Vinculado and other NYPD officers in Queens, New York. Plaintiff was charged with robbery, assault, and larceny. Plaintiff was detained from 10:00 AM until Plaintiff release later that night after a Criminal Court appearance. Following several court appearances, Plaintiff criminal case was dismissed on October 10, 2019. The criminal case was initiated without probable cause, and Plaintiff was falsely arrested and maliciously prosecuted.

Description: Plaintiff's son was arrested by defendant officers for allegedly possessing and selling marijuana to UC 276. Officers went to Plaintiff's apartment and demanded she give them his cell phone. Since Plaintiff refused, defendant officers obtained and executed a search warrant at her apartment and locked her out. Officers refused to give the key back until she agreed to answer questions regarding her son's cell phone. The charges against her son were later dismissed.
