Description: Defendant officers approached one plaintiff and asked him what he was doing at the aforementioned location and taken to the 75th precinct. This plaintiff was charged with attempted tampering of evidence and resisting arrest. At the same place and aforementioned time, defendant officers approached plaintiff two and asked her what she was doing. This plaintiff was physically assaulted and charged with Obstructing Governmental Administration, Resisting Arrest and Disorderly Conduct. At the same place and aforementioned time, plaintiff was approached by defendant officers and arrested. Plaintiff was charged with Obstructing Governmental Administration, Resisting Arrest and Disorderly Conduct.

Description: Defendant Officers exited undercover van and approached plaintiffs. Defendant Officers ran license plate of plaintiffs' rented car. Defendant officers searched plaintiffs, searched the vehicle, and went to police vehicle and came back and searched vehicle again. The defendant officers arrested the plaintiffs and brought them to the Highland Park restroom to perform a strip search; plaintiffs refused. Plaintiffs were then brought to the 75th precinct. At the arraignment, defendant officers accused plaintiffs of possessing plastic bags with marijuana residue. All charges against all plaintiffs were dismissed.
