Description: On or about May 5, 2022, the plaintiff was unlawfully stopped, seized, searched, assaulted and arrested by the defendant PO including POs Mohamed Islam, Matthew Grieve and Karen Zhao without any reasonable suspicion of unlawful behaviour. The defendants falsely accused the plaintiff of crimes illegally searched the plaintiff. The plaintiff's hands were then contorted behind his back and then handcuffed in an excessively tight fashion. The plaintiff was then taken to the 28th Precinct before being transported to the New York County Central Booking where the plaintiff was fingerprinted, photographed and searched again and detained for six days.

Description: On August 1, 2018, Plaintiff was at the intersection of West 116th Street and 7th Avenue, in the City of New York, when Defendant NYPD officer Robert Uribe, NYPD officer Stephanie Hanna, NYPD officer Karen Zhao, NYPD Officer Katherine Lamonica and John and Jane Does assaulted and battered Plaintiff intentionally and willfully and falsely arrested Plaintiff. Officers intentionally caused severe emotional distress to the Plaintiff. Defendants submitted an erroneous police report without probable cause to initiate a prosecution in bad faith. As a result of Defendants actions, Plaintiff suffered pain, distress, mental shock, anguish, physical and emotional injuries and distress.
