Description: On May 5, 2011, Plaintiff Peters was living with Plaintiff Smith in their second-floor apartment building at 1018 Park Place, Brooklyn, NY. After coming back from retrieving his mail on the first floor, Plaintiff Peters was followed by defendant PO Maloney to his apartment door. PO Maloney prevented Plaintiff from closing his door. Defendant Officers Camacho, O'Keefe and John appeared and joined Maloney in drawing and aiming their guns at Peters and attempted to force their way into Peters' apartment.
