Description: On or about October 17, 2023, plaintiffs were employees of a security company Arrow Security that was contracted by the City of New York to provide security for a New York City shelter. All three plaintiffs were wearing Arrow Security employees clothing. All persons looking to enter the shelter were required to show identification to Arrow Security employees. When defendant Advisor to Mayor Timothy Pearson (Tax # 874612) and Detective Joseph Raffaele (Tax # 933220) entered the shelter without providing identifications, plaintiff security employees requested defendant showing identifications.
