Description: On December 15, 2019, at around 12:20 a.m., Plaintiff was walking with his brother after leaving their sister's home on morris Avenue, heading towards a store around 151st Street and Morris Avenue. As they approached the corner of 153rd Street and Morris Avenue (outside the store), Plaintiff noticed an unmarked police car, from which NYPD Officers Austin Hieronymi, Richard Podlovits, and John Doe emerged in plain clothes.
