Complaint
Description: On June 11, 2013, Plaintiff was walking home. Plaintiff is a security guard and was wearing his security guard uniform. When he arrived at his apartment building, Plaintiff saw several NYPD officers outside of the building. Plaintiff asked the officers what was going on and was told that they were "taking out" a drug dealer on the first floor. Plaintiff also lived on the first floor and requested access to his apartment to go to sleep after his shift. The NYPD officer went to discuss with his superior, at which point Plaintiff was told that Plaintiff "would have to take the blame for somebody's drugs that they find in the drug dealer's room." The unknown Defendant officers then grabbed Plaintiff and handcuffed ...
