Description: On October 15, 2014, Plaintiff was on the phone with his girlfriend inside of his residence when Defendants stopped, questioned, and frisked Plaintiff without any legal basis. The Defendants accused Plaintiff of trespassing without any basis. Plaintiff was falsely arrested even though he was a lawful resident of the building. As a result, Plaintiff was caused physical, psychological, and emotional trauma.
