Description: On February 14, 2019, plaintiff was in her residence apartment, when defendant police officers, without any probable cause or warrant, entered plaintiff's home and searched the residence and plaintiff's person. Defendants' then assaulted and battered plaintiff, placing her in tight handcuffs and under arrest. Plaintiff was not engaging in any illegal conduct and did not possess any illegal substance. Plaintiff was eventually released without any charges, and she later learned that he was wrongly arrested for criminal possession of controlled substances for her boyfriend. As a result of defendants' actions, plaintiff sustained serious physical injuries and emotional trauma.

Description: On June 27, 2018, the plaintiff was unlawfully arrested by certain unidentified police officers including defendant PO Ryan Blair, without any reasonable suspicion of unlawful behaviour. The defendants falsely accused the plaintiff of crimes including possession of marijuana and firearms. The plaintiff was then taken to the 41st Precinct where the plaintiff was fingerprinted, photographed, strip-searched and detained. The charges were dismissed on September 21, 2018.

Description: On October 21, 2016, around 11:30 PM near East 149th Street and Third Avenue, Plaintiff Charles Suazo was stopped and frisked when Defendant Officers Ryan Blair, Alexis Dejesus, John Doe, and John Roe summarily stopped, searched, grabbed, handcuffed, assaulted, battered, and detained him using excessive force. Plaintiff was taken to an unidentified precinct and to the Bronx Criminal Courthouse. While in Defendant Officer's custody, Plaintiff was subjected to a strip search and assault of his head, neck, back, body, and limbs. Plaintiff was incarcerated for over 24 hours prior to release, and was then required to make numerous court appearances before the charges were terminated on June 12, 2019.
