Description: On September 15, 2017, at approximately 5:00pm near the intersection of Queens Blvd. and Jackson Avenue in Long Island City, NY, Plaintiff Mohammad Ashrafuzzaman was assaulted and battered by Defendant NYPD Officer RYAN DOWLING (Shield 23216) who then also falsely arrested co-Plaintiff Khandaker Alam.
