Description: On July 28, 2015 police officers, based on a warrant for Kedar Harper, came to plaintiff's home and tried to enter despite officers not confirming Kedar still lived there. Plaintiff read the warrant and stated it did not give them permission to enter her apartment. Officers Leahy and Kirk stopped the door from closing, grabbed plaintiff and assaulted her while attempting to arrest her. They twister her arms to hurt her and put the handcuffs on tightly. Plaintiff suffered shortness of breath and had to go to the hospital, where she was laced in ankle and handcuffs. After she was released, officers intentionally rolled the windows up in the van with no AC in order to harm the plaintiff.
