Description: On March 5, 2018 Plaintiff was in a precinct. He asked Defendant Police Office Nieves if he could use the restroom before being locked in a holding pen that doesn't contain bathroom facilities. Defendant Nieves said no and then he and another police officer began to punch Plaintiff in the torso and the head. Plaintiff was then handcuffed and pushed into the holding pen where he was kept for several hours.
