Description: On July 23, 2016, Mr. Johnson was stopped by an unmarked police cruiser at about 2:55pm. NYPD John Doe Officers informed Mr. Johnson that his brake lights were out, conducted a pat frisk on him where nothing was found, and then began to search his vehicle and personal belongings. Mr. Johnson was then handcuffed and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and held for 5 months before the case was dismissed. Det. Clark, Officer Mills, and Sgt. Nikocevic are all named as defendants, but their exact involvement is not specified.

Description: On August 11, 2012, Plaintiff INEZ LORENZANA, while standing outside her apartment building located at 65 W. 104th Street, New York, NY, observed a police officer approach her elderly neighbor and ask him for his identification. When Plaintiff's neighbor informed the officer that he didn't have ID on him, Plaintiff told the officer that she knew the man to be a resident of her building and that she could retrieve his ID for him if necessary.
