Description: After a misunderstanding with her cab driver, Plaintiff's cab drove her to the 32nd Precinct. Defendant Officers forcefully arrested her and charged her with theft of services and OGA, which were later dismissed. Plaintiff was also taken to the hospital while in custody and shackled to the bed.
