Description: On November 13, 2011, Plaintiff was standing next to his brother-in-law in the brother-in-law’s building garage when undercover officers approached with guns drawn. After showing valid identification and proof of residency, the officers illegally searched and then, without reasonable suspicion, held the men there for some time.
