Description: On or about February 2, 2023, Plaintiff Justin De La Cruz was involved in an incident at 305 80th Street, Brooklyn, NY, following a 911 call about a landlord-tenant dispute. The responding NYPD officers, including Daniel Wynne, Justin Garcia, Pedro Lopez, and Aaliyah Card, escalated the situation, even though no criminal matter was involved.
