Description: On December 3, 2019, Plaintiff was involved in a car accident when Defendant Officers Mary Bullock, Brian Christen, and John or Jane Doe 1-10 confronted and assaulted him. Following the car accident, Plaintiff was removed to Jamaica Hospital Emergency Department for emergency surgery to remove shards of glass from his eye. Prior to the emergency surgery, and while Plaintiff was in agony, Plaintiff was subjected to interrogation by Defendant Officers Bullock and Christen who threatened, coerced, and harassed Plaintiff who was in a semi-conscious state and delirious with pain to permit them to give consent for a blood sample.
