Description: On April 13, 2010, plaintiff was arrested by defendant Det. Quinn Jaeger who falsely accused plaintiff with the crime of murder and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree. Plaintiff was taken to the 101st precinct. Defendants knowingly gave false and misleading testimony against plaintiff. All charges were subsequently dismissed.
