Complaint
Description: On the first occasion, Plaintiff was arrested by PO Kennedy while lawfully playing his violin on a subway platform. He was taken to a precinct and given a DAT that was later dismissed. On a second incident, Plaintiff saw officers in an NYPD cruiser yelling at day laborers. Plaintiff followed on his bike to record the incident and ask the officer for his badge number. PO Chatterton pulled Plaintiff over, took his ID, and wrote down his name.
