Description: On December 29, 2013, Plaintiff, an employee of the TOYS "R" US store located at 350 Baychester Avenue in the Bronx, was arrested by Detective Robert Rogers. A TOYS "R" US Market Investigator and/or Regional Asset Protection Manager questioned Plaintiff at the Bronx store about alleged "push out" activity (allowing customers to exit the store without paying for items) that occurred at the store.
