Complaint
Description: The plaintiff was home when she went to go outside with her dog and saw the defendant officers in the stairwell there for a different incident. When the officers saw the plaintiff's Pitbull, defendant Officer Cuesta shot the dog in the head killing it. The plaintiff, extremely distraught, went to confront the officers and the defendant officers pushed her down, laid on top of her, and choked her.
