Complaint
Description: On May 14, 2010, while plaintiff was lawfully in front of 118-48 154th St, Queens, NY, defendants accosted plaintiff with guns drawn, searched his person, arrested him, took him into custody, transported him to and confined him at the 113th Precinct. Defendants charged him with criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a weapon. Defendants commenced a criminal action against plaintiff in Queens Criminal Court. Defendants testified falsely against plaintiff before a Grand Jury. Plaintiff was indicted for criminal possession of a weapon. On April 20, 2011, the Court dismissed the indictment against plaintiff after trial and jury verdict.
