Description: On May 10, 2012, Plaintiffs David Santiago, Jairo Santiago and Jasmarie Espinoza were in a friend’s apartment when Defendant officers broke through the door to execute a search warrant. Plaintiffs David and Jairo Santiago were placed on the floor, handcuffed, and kicked repeatedly. Defendant officers Jose Rodriguez and Christopher Alicea searched inside Plaintiff David and Jairo Santiago’s pants but found nothing.
