Description: On September 23, 2012, Plaintiff was observing an unrelated party being arrested. Without warning, Defendant Officer Sean Claxton grabbed Plaintiff, spun him around, and threw him against a metal gate. Defendant Claxton cuffed Plaintiff behind his back and then punched him in the back several times. Plaintiff experienced substantial injuries from the illegal assault. Plaintiff was held for two hours before being released with a summons for obstructing traffic. Plaintiff had requested medical attention but was ignored. When he went to court on December 14, 2012, the summons had been dismissed.
