Complaint
Description: Plaintiff and friends were on the terrace of a building when Defendant Officer Morales approached them with his gun pointed. Plaintiff was tightly handcuffed, searched, and then arrested by Officer Morales and Islam, and taken on a rough ride to PSA 2. Plaintiff was charged with 221.10 and 221.05 which were later ACD'd.
