Description: On or about February 28, 2018, plaintiff was at home and his wife called 911 requesting medical assistance for him. Several officers arrived at his home, entered and order him to get dressed. They then ordered plaintiff to place his hands behind back and informed him that they were going to handcuff him. Plaintiff complied. One officer tackled plaintiff to the ground, causing him to suffer serious physical injury to his shoulder, lower back, and neck. Plaintiff was then detained and taken to a nearby hospital. After seven hours at the hospital, plaintiff was released without charges.
