Description: On November 24, 2019, Frederick Miller was at 1489 Sterling Place in Brooklyn, moving his belongings under a court order when he was confronted by the former owner, Mr. Perez. After a brief altercation where both parties pushed each other, Miller left for work but was later contacted by the police, who asked him to return. Despite explaining he had done nothing wrong, Miller returned and was questioned by officers. Even after showing his key and court order, he was arrested because Perez had called the police first. During the arrest, Miller informed the officers of $1,600 in his pocket and tried to retrieve it when an officer twisted his hand, resulting in a compound fracture.
