Description: On November 9, 2020, Defendant Alesandro Martorella and other Defendant officers (together the Defendants) unlawfully stopped, searched, battered, assaulted, arrested, detained, carried out abuse of process and maliciously prosecuted plaintiff without probably cause, reasonable suspicion or arrest warrant. At the time plaintiff was legally permitted in the location of the incident and had complained when defendats had ordered him to leave the building. Defendants stood on his arms, knees and neck causing him severe physical and emotional pain/distress. Excessive force was used and other defendants failed to intervene.
