Description: On several occasions the plaintiff was arrested on false accusations and had these charges dismissed multiple times. The defendant officer, Detective Terrell, involved in these occasions did so because the plaintiff's mother would not engage in sexual activity with him. The plaintiff was beat on several occasions, harassed, searched, etc.
