Description: On September 14th, 2018, at around 8:30pm, Plaintiff was standing near the corner of W. 112th Street and Lenox Ave. in Manhattan. Plaintiff was then confronted by Alberto Pizzaro, Richard Pimental, and Jose Hernandez, all members of the NYPD. Plaintiff was doing nothing unlawful, but was still handcuffed by the police within second of their arrival. The handcuffs that they placed on Plaintiff were deliberately over-tightened. The police then kneed Plaintiff in the groin, punched him in his stomach, and dragged him into a police vehicle. Description: On June 24, 2016, NYPD Sergeant Richard Pimentel and Officers Yeraldy Bonifacio, Michael Dappolonia, and John Does #1-5 forcefully entered the plaintiff's residence in upper Manhattan without a warrant or probable cause. They rear handcuffed the plaintiff, removed him from his residence when he was dressed only in underwear, and transported him to the 28th Precinct. The defendants locked the plaintiff in a cell for several hours and, thereafter, transported him to Central Booking in downtown Manhattan.
The plaintiff was charged with several crimes and attended twelve court appearances before all charges were dismissed on August 10, 2017.

Plaintiff has never been inside such apartment or the building. Plaintiff was held in jail for approximately 24 hours before she was brought before a judge. Plaintiff was held on bail until she was released on June 27, 2016. Plaintiff appeared in court approximately 6 times until the case was dismissed on February 6, 2017.
