Complaint
Description: On December 31, 2011, Plaintiff went to Zuccotti Park with his girlfriend. Plaintiff went here on New Years because of the Occupy Wall Street Movement. Plaintiff was lawfully recording the police activity at the park when Defendants pushed a metal barricade into Plaintiff and others knocking them down. Defendants then sprayed pepper spray on Plaintiff and the group. Plaintiff was blinded, incapacitated, pushed back, knocked down, and sustained a spinal fracture to his hand.

Description: On December 31, 2011, plaintiff Robert Pluma was present at Zucotti Park for New Years' celebrations with other Occupy Wall Street protesters. The protesters were greeted by an overwhelming force of NYPD personnel, including a group of officers working together to deploy metal barricades as a battering ram, and officers armed with pepper spray.
