Description: On April 16, 2020 NYPD Officers Christopher Case and Patrick O'Brien, along with unspecified John Doe Officers, stopped, handcuffed, and arrested the five plaintiffs in this matter. The plaintiffs had just ordered food from an eatery in Queens and were waiting for their food to be prepared. At no time did any plaintiffs violate the law or COVID-specific measures.
